“We engaged Coolabah in 2019 to do our entire front yard landscaping. Although we were delayed in doing our back yard until 2023, based on the fantastic job on the front yard we re-engaged Coolabah for the backyard.
The Coolabah team started work in the second half of 2023 and stayed on the job until early 2024.
The team on site were very respectful of our property and privacy, they worked cooperatively with any other specialist trades that we brought onto the site.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result and its alignment to the original vision. We think the finish and precision of workmanship is really apparent. Coolabah provided weekly updates on progress and were always available to discuss changes or other project details.

From the start of the project, from the initial conversations and consultation through to planning, construction, completion and “after sales service” , Coolabah has been extremely accommodating and thoroughly professional. Coolabah even went the “extra mile” by liaising with our neighbours to make sure that all was in order for the build.
The Coolabah Team, from Lewis and David, through to Ross and Chris, were extremely easy to deal with and all had a customer focus and a ‘commitment to excellence’ from day one. “Throughout the whole process we found Coolabah a pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting where both David and Lewis attended with enthusiasm and the right attitude right through to the final stages of our renovation.
Both David and Lewis remained actively involved as we worked through the process with our architect and designer and once engaged in work onsite were attentive and accommodating along the way. Nothing was a problem. They listened and responded with as much passion for the project as we personally felt.
Their team onsite were consistently courteous, respectful and the family looked forward to seeing them every day. The team left at the end of each day after completing a thorough clean up and at no stage during construction did we feel that our lives were compromised with regards to access or living through mess.
